He is now a much calmer dog, stopped chewing fingers, walks nicely on a lead, still gets a bit excited when meeting other dogs, but hey, what's a pup to do?! Was well impressed with Alan and the length of time he spent with us to ensure we had taken in all he had to say. We would recommend him unreservedly and confirm that he offers good value for money!!......................................As soon as I met Anita I knew I had made the right choice for my dogs! I would definitely recommend her to other people who want someone they can trust to come into their home when out and take good care of their animals. ......................................we have not had BAZIL looked after yet by OUTWARD HOUND, but we have been visited by the owner to assess us and BAZIL. we were extremely impressed by the efficient and courteous and helpful way that we were dealt with. and we had no hesitation in booking BAZIL in for two stays.......................................My dog was very happy to be left with Helen and Brian and had clearly enjoyed his time there when I collected him. Would be very happy to leave him with them again.......................................Paula was very good with my jack russell, he is more obedient and much calmer. I would recommend her to anyone needing help. ....................
