He is now a much calmer dog, stopped chewing fingers, walks nicely on a lead, still gets a bit excited when meeting other dogs, but hey, what's a pup to do?! Was well impressed with Alan and the length of time he spent with us to ensure we had taken in all he had to say. We would recommend him unreservedly and confirm that he offers good value for money!!......................................Good understanding of our needs, worked with us to iron out behviour and socialising with other dogs and people.
