She is genuinely interested in your pets, and both of my flat-coated retrievers took to her instantly. I have such peace of mind knowing that she is walking them for me when I can't. I would definitely recommend her to other people who want someone they can trust to come into their home when out and take good care of their animals. ......................................we have not had BAZIL looked after yet by OUTWARD HOUND, but we have been visited by the owner to assess us and BAZIL. we were extremely impressed by the efficient and courteous and helpful way that we were dealt with. and we had no hesitation in booking BAZIL in for two stays.......................................I have just begun using this pet service. So far they are fabulous. They have thought about my dogs needs and devised a service to suit her. They visited my home to discuss options and meet Gracie, she was smitten straight away. Good communication and very professional.......................................I would recommend Outward Hound to anyone wanting a pet taxi. Very professional with a fully fitted vehicle and run by Kathryn who is very kind and helpful and obviously an animal lover, she also runs boarding kennels. I will definately use her services whenever necessary.......................................Alan provided an excellent service. My two boisterous, dominant, border collies are now quiet and well behaved. Almost all the unwanted behaviours have disappeared, the ones that are left are rapidly going.The method is so easy.I cannot believe how successful I've been after only one visit from Alan. What value for money! ....................
