She is genuinely interested in your pets, and both of my flat-coated retrievers took to her instantly. I have such peace of mind knowing that she is walking them for me when I can't. I would definitely recommend her to other people who want someone they can trust to come into their home when out and take good care of their animals. ......................................If you're looking for a caring, homely place for your pet to spend time then this is the place for you. Ros looks after my dog on a daily basis (day care) and her warm, caring persona are evident. ......................................My dog was very happy to be left with Helen and Brian and had clearly enjoyed his time there when I collected him. Would be very happy to leave him with them again.......................................we have not had BAZIL looked after yet by OUTWARD HOUND, but we have been visited by the owner to assess us and BAZIL. we were extremely impressed by the efficient and courteous and helpful way that we were dealt with. and we had no hesitation in booking BAZIL in for two stays.......................................Good understanding of our needs, worked with us to iron out behviour and socialising with other dogs and people. Instant improvement, very reasonable charges, follow ups by phone, would recomend Siobhan to other prospective owners.....................
