Recent ratings: Don't forget to review the service you receive via Ratedpetnet..................My dog was very happy to be left with Helen and Brian and had clearly enjoyed his time there when I collected him. Would be very happy to leave him with them again.......................................Amazing, within a short amount of time I was able to leave the room without being followed. I got the dogs leads on for the first time ever without it being a big wrestling match at the door, infact the dogs even led down with the leaads on and waited for me to decide to go. I even managed to lock the front door without being dragged down the path. I walked both dogs with normal leads and no halti and was not dragged at all. Briliiant, cannot rate this enough!!!!......................................Absolutely unbelievable! I now have a lot calmer dog and can walk about the house and do things without her following me about! I can also now take her 4 a walk on a slack lead-no pulling & being dragged out the door! a changed dog! thank you so much Alan......................................Alan provided us with a range of tips and advice about training our boisterous puppy, all of which have worked wonders! He is now a much calmer dog, stopped chewing fingers, walks nicely on a lead, still gets a bit excited when meeting other dogs, but hey, what's a pup to do?! Was well impressed with Alan and the length of time he spent with us to ensure we had taken in all he had to say. We would recommend him unreservedly and confirm that he offers good value for money!!......................................I would recommend Outward Hound to anyone wanting a pet taxi. Very professional with a fully fitted vehicle and run by Kathryn who is very kind and helpful and obviously an animal lover, she also runs boarding kennels. I will definately use her services whenever necessary.....................
