She is genuinely interested in your pets, and both of my flat-coated retrievers took to her instantly. I have such peace of mind knowing that she is walking them for me when I can't. I would definitely recommend her to other people who want someone they can trust to come into their home when out and take good care of their animals. ......................................Absolutely unbelievable! I now have a lot calmer dog and can walk about the house and do things without her following me about! I can also now take her 4 a walk on a slack lead-no pulling & being dragged out the door! a changed dog! thank you so much Alan......................................Could not be faulted.......................................we have not had BAZIL looked after yet by OUTWARD HOUND, but we have been visited by the owner to assess us and BAZIL. we were extremely impressed by the efficient and courteous and helpful way that we were dealt with. and we had no hesitation in booking BAZIL in for two stays.......................................I have just begun using this pet service. So far they are fabulous. They have thought about my dogs needs and devised a service to suit her. They visited my home to discuss options and meet Gracie, she was smitten straight away. Good communication and very professional.....................
