Recent ratings: Don't forget to review the service you receive via Ratedpetnet..................we have not had BAZIL looked after yet by OUTWARD HOUND, but we have been visited by the owner to assess us and BAZIL. we were extremely impressed by the efficient and courteous and helpful way that we were dealt with. and we had no hesitation in booking BAZIL in for two stays.......................................Good understanding of our needs, worked a plan of action which we have put into place, now showing improvement in behavior and socialising with other dogs and people. Reasonable pricing and prepared to discuss progress etc with follow up phone calls. ......................................cannot recomend Bev highly enough. She looked after my dogs so well I think they were disappointed when I came home! She looked after my house and cleaned everywhere. Totally reliable and a very caring person.......................................My dog was very happy to be left with Helen and Brian and had clearly enjoyed his time there when I collected him. Would be very happy to leave him with them again.......................................As soon as I met Anita I knew I had made the right choice for my dogs! She is genuinely interested in your pets, and both of my flat-coated retrievers took to her instantly. I have such peace of mind knowing that she is walking them for me when I can't. I would definitely recommend her to other people who want someone they can trust to come into their home when out and take good care of their animals. ....................
