Alan had him doing things I never thought possible within 1 hour. I would strongly recommend Alan, we had tried 3 other trainers before Alan, and none of them did in months what Alan did in hours.Try him you won't be disappointed. Jan......................................Alan's just gone I can't believe the change in bobby.He's calm, relaxed and he's asleep in his bed. Normally he would be on the go all day following me everywhere. I've just been upstairs all by myself for the first time since i got him. I found it easy the way Alan teaches you and you see results fast. Me and Bobby are on the right path now all thanks to Alan.......................................we have not had BAZIL looked after yet by OUTWARD HOUND, but we have been visited by the owner to assess us and BAZIL. we were extremely impressed by the efficient and courteous and helpful way that we were dealt with. and we had no hesitation in booking BAZIL in for two stays.......................................Absolutely fantastic. Alan's only just been and already i can see the difference in my dog. Thanks a lot Alan.......................................I have just begun using this pet service. So far they are fabulous. They have thought about my dogs needs and devised a service to suit her. They visited my home to discuss options and meet Gracie, she was smitten straight away. Good communication and very professional.....................
